  • Definition of Business Process and definition of Users Stories based on Stakeholder (Business department, Legal Department, Dealers and 3rd Parties like Clearing House
  • Develop Loyalty Strategy for Wholesale and Retail Level
  • Evaluate and Coordinate Technical Solution to have optimized IT landscape with multiple suppliers including offshore development team of loyalty system provider
  • Development of WebAPP based on AEM for Customer Interaction including Testing, Deployment and 3rd Level Support
  • Alignment with HQ and OEM Development Hub for Strategic Applications in other markets
